Browser Compatibility

This web site has been designed to look the best when viewed with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and a minimum of 256 colors. For optimum performance a Java capable browser is needed. The browser also must accept cookies. Every effort has been made to insure that all functions on this site are compatible with Internet Explorer (I.E.) and Netscape Communicator versions 4.0 or later. However, CISS can not guarantee compatibility with all Internet browsers or earlier versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape.

Netscape tends to have difficulty displaying the text on some pages. Some color effects (roll-over buttons, better fonts, etc.) can be seen only using MS IE.
