Purchase Orders

Inventory Pro's Purchasing System allows you to enter a detailed purchase order for parts when stock levels are low or specific parts are needs for a shipping order or work order. You can then send it to your supplier or to track it internally so you know when your parts will be arriving. Below are just some of the functions when entering a purchase order:

Order items by the suppliers part number or your part number
Order custom items or "one time buy" items
Enter required delivery dates
Specify preferred shipping methods

Order items based on contract or pricing agreements
Order the same item from multiple suppliers
Unit of measure conversions
Multi-level approvals
